  • Diagnosis - £65  (includes up to 1st hour free)
  • Hourly rate after 1st hour - £48

  • Mileage - £0.50 per mile

  • Servicing - From £190 (varies on model type)

Our Webasto service comprises of the following;

  • Webasto customer diagnosis report

  • Disassembly of the unit

  • Clean the component parts - include vehicle filter if fitted.

  • Visual inspection - to include Intake and Exhaust system

  • Reassemble with new seals and gaskets

  • Function test

  • Fuel supply and pump test

  • CO2 adjustment - see note below.

  • Final ShadTech illustrated report sent directly to you.

During a service if any components require replacing this will be discussed with you prior to any reassembly.

Note: every boat/vehicle intake and exhaust are slightly different so a true accurate CO2 reading needs to be carried out at the point of operation rather than on the test bench. This enables efficient combustion and longevity of the heating unit.

Thermal imaging radiator balancing comprises of;

  • Run heating unit to reach full load

  • Using Forward Looking Infra Red Technology ensure each radiator has the most efficient hot water flow.

  • Carry out adjustments to lockshield valves to ensure each radiator is getting the most coolant from the main circuit. Carry out bleeding if required.

  • Shut down system and ensure it runs through a start up process without overheating the unit.
